I have been rushing around and fretting a bit, hurrying and scurrying. I realized that I am feeling anxious. Duh..... While I do have so much to accomplish in a short ammount of time today, I needed a reminder to BREATHE and I thought many of you may also!
It feels so much better, no matter what you are doing, to concsiously breathe..... Ahhh..... Now back to work! :)
