Clean diamonds are a girl's best friend
Diamonds may be forever, but they still get dirty. Keep your diamond jewelry sparkling new by treating it to a good cleaning now and then.
Ammonia soak: Mix half a cup of cold water wit half a cup of household ammonia and put it in a teacup. Soak your diamond pieces in the mixture for half an hour. Then very gentle scrub with a soft toothbrush. Give them one more rinse through the mixture and let them dry on a soft cloth.
Detergent bath: Swish some dishwashing liquid into warm water in a teacup and carefully drop your jewelry into it. After soaking for half an hour, scrub gently with a soft toothbrush. Then rinse thoroughly with clear water and let your diamonds dry on a soft cloth.
Ultrasonic cleaning: You can buy one of these jewelry-cleaning devices or have a jeweler use one. High-frequency waves pass through water and agitate the grime off your jewels, kind of like a pressure wash for diamonds.

Polish your staintless steel pots and pans
Your new stainless steel pots and pans looked shiny and sparkling clean for a few months, but recently you've noticed they are showing water spots and smears. No problem! Reach into your kitchen cupboard and grab the olive oil!
Pour a teaspoon of olive oil onto a soft cloth and rub the stainless steel until it gleems! Then admire your smiling reflection!

Serving messy tacos or greasy sandwiches?
Tacos, submarine sandwiches, and other foods you eat with your hands can be downright messy and difficult to handle. We have a super easy solution!
Coffee filters make convenient wrappers for messy foods. You can serve things you eat with your hands and other messy or greasy food in them. They absorb spills and grease as well.

Oh, no! My sweater shrunk!
You put your favorite sweater in the dryer by accident and it shrunk! No worries! Rejoice as you head to the shower to grab the HAIR CONDITIONER! The oils in the conditioner will soften the fibers of the sweater, making the fabric pliable.
Dissolve a tablespoon of hair conditioner into a sink of warm water. Place the sweater into the sink and let it soak. After 30 minutes, remove and gently reshape the sweater back to its original shape and size. Lay flat to dry overnight. In the morning, rejoice again as you realize your sweater is the right size!
