I love to exercise. If I could do it everyday, I would - although my schedule doesn't always allow it. For me, it must be no-fuss exercise that doesn't require a lot of coordination. I have fairly good balance, and am pretty good at yoga and aerobics, but I am not a runner.
I'm not in perfect shape, and I love dessert - but these workouts keep me motivated and I just keep on truckin'.
For me, exercise programs need to have variety.
Here's what I use, maybe these will work for you! Good luck and keep exercising!
Leslie Sansone Walking workout - 4 times a week/2-3 miles each session
- While doing this workout, it's easy to plan dinner and think through your schedule for the day.
- It doesn't require a lot of coordination
- It's fun and motivating
- You can choose how many miles to go each day - 1 through 5
- There is a cool down at the end
- Just push the coffee table out of the way, and go for it!
- The yoga and strength training exercises provide measurement of your balance and agility.
- The games on the disk are fun and help you to get some exercise, and maybe some laughs.
- You can play the games with your kids while working out.
- The system includes a scale and can measure BMI and weight.
- There is so much variety - including choosing your personal trainer - that it would be hard to get bored.
- You can measure your milestones.
Yoga workouts -twice a week for about 30-45 minutes per session
- The trainer's style is appealing and not overbearing.
- You can really relax with this workout.
- There are levels of each pose which makes it easier to grow with this workout.

Hi Jennifer!
Golly you are GORGEOUS!!!!!! Wow! So if I workout more I will look like you? Sign me up!!!
I have been trying to find a new pilates trainer. The best I ever looked was when I was doing private pilates on the machines. She had me long and lean. Now, I am medium and thick! Uggh. Middle age!
So, Thank-you for the inspiration!
love, kelee
